The Australian Psychoanalytic Foundation sponsored this program, which was run under the auspices of the Sydney Institute for Psychoanalysis, to bring psychoanalysts, psychotherapists and First Nations’ thinkers together in dialogue.

was raised which, we donated to CASSE’s Shields for Living, Tools for Life programme - an alternative to incarceration for indigenous youth in the Northern Territory justice system.

We offer bursaries for programs designed to develop psychoanalytic insight and skills, to assist students who may not otherwise be able to undertake such courses.


Applicants will be assessed by the relevant Training Institute under appropriate criteria and be recommended for Bursary support

The Foundation offers bursaries for suitable applicants to attend a number of courses covering a wide range of psychoanalytic topics in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.
